Signups for volunteer events open on the Sunday two weekends prior to the chosen volunteer date. Make sure to check frequently because signups fill up fast! Unfortunately, all of our events have a maximum capacity due to availability and safety reasons. If you are unable to sign up the first time, you can add yourself to our wait list via this form, and a Volunteer Coordinator will contact you if space opens up. However, don't forget about all the other ways you can get involved with Habitat! Never volunteered with us before? No problem--check out How to Volunteer!
If you have questions, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to reach our volunteer coordinators Alex, Matt, Qwantayvious, Joshua or Christian.
The classic way to get involved with Habitat: working on a build site completing various construction projects! No prior construction experience is necessary! We meet at the Ginsberg Center, and transportation is provided. Please wear closed toed shoes and clothing you won't mind getting dirty, and we recommend dressing for the weather in case you work outside. Safety equipment and tools are provided. Please bring money to pick up lunch, or pack your own, as food is not provided (but water is).
Are you a campus student organization group interested in building with Habitat for Humanity? Please read the Group Volunteer Policies with information regarding reserving a build day and contacting our Volunteer Coordinators.
Come serve the local homeless community! We will be preparing food at the local soup kitchens, the Delonis Center or with Food Gatherers, to serve to the homeless in Ann Arbor.
Love building? Consider participating in the Collegiate Challenge, a week-long Spring Break building experience!
We look forward to working with you!
